In-studio program consists of:
✅ 1-3 days/week in studio
✅ Custom workouts written by your coach with video demonstration
✅ Macro coaching, custom macro (protein, carbs, fats) numbers based off of your goals
✅ Access to our health & fitness chat, as well as monthly zoom meetings with all clients and coaches
✅ Weekly check-ins with your coach (conducted on weekends)
✅ Weekly progress photos
✅ 1 free Inbody scan per month if you’re local
